I was diagnosed with celiac disease in June when I was just four years old, and adjusting to a gluten-free lifestyle at such a young age was challenging. While my friends enjoyed birthday cake, pizza parties, and snacks without a second thought, I had to be extra cautious. Ever since then, I have been determined to find every resource available to help me manage these dietary restrictions and have learned a lot in my 12 years of being gluten-free. With that being said, I can’t wait to contribute to The Celiac Hack to share my experiences with being gluten-free, along with my insights and tips.

I was eager to stop the pain that I had to endure almost every day, and as soon as I was diagnosed, it all made sense. I am so excited to share what I have learned throughout these past years that have helped me make this diet just a little bit easier!

But now, eight years after those crazy first few months, I've picked up loads of hacks that I can't wait to share with you!
I was diagnosed with Celiac at age thirteen. At first my new gluten free diet felt like a heavy burden that I would never adjust to, but through years of researching and trying new foods I found many ways to enjoy being gluten free! Now, I hope The Hack can shares them with you.
